The Allen valley before Camelford is very scenic but dodgy for visibility for passing things. After Wainhouse corner take the left turn for Widemouth bay into Bude (signed coastal route I think) some nice sweeping bends and views of the sea. the introduction of speed limits in and around Widemouth in recent years has spoilt things a bit though.

Fantastic Route. Great warm up from St. Columb to Wadebridge to get you in the mood Short twisty bursts between Wadebridge and Camelford under trees winding tarmac aplenty. After Camelford the road starts to open up with long lazy bends and fast sweeping corners. Come off here to join onto A395 bcak to A30 or continue on up even faster roads all the way to Bude.
