Beautiful scenery and generally good surface (barring the odd cobbled hairpin). Fantastic road with lots of corners and long enough straights to get past the traffic.
The road first rises up giving great views and lots of hairpins, then drops over a peak and has a faster section of bends on the other side. Popular with bikers and drivers.
