This road is hard to get to, but once you are there you will be rewarded with one of the most spectacular roads you have ever ridden. There is virtually no traffic, no cross roads, no people, nothing but beautiful views, smooth newly concreted roads and a truly one of a kind experience. When I rode this for the first time, the only thing that kept going through my head, was the California PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) on Steroids. The PCH is a great road but there are lots of junctions, lots of traffic, and lots of Police. You will find none of these on this road. It is truly a road through paradise in every sense of the word. The only and I say this thinking of someone on a road bike, drawback is if you want to continue on to El Nido. The road from TayTay to El Nido is dirt and is under construction. However, by the time you actually get to the Philippines to make this ride, I am guessing it will be finished. This is one of those roads that once your done ridding, you have to slap yourself to make sure you did not just dream it.
